DESCRIPTION:
In La Boquilla, an authentic fishing village of Cartagena, you can spot native and migratory birds from a wooden canoe, accompanied by a local birdwatching expert.
Participants: Minimum 1 PAX – Maximum 30 PAX
THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
Personalized guidance: Native guide with tour in Spanish.
Welcome drink: Fresh coconut or bottled water.
Round-trip transportation: Only applies to northern and tourist zones.
Experience duration: 3-hour mangrove tour
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Optional guidance: English and French-speaking guide.
Optional lunch: Traditional Boquilla cuisine lunch. Fresh fish, fried plantains, coconut rice, salad, and panela water.

CANOE RIDE THROUGH THE MANGROVES
Enjoy a canoe ride through the mangrove tunnels of La Boquilla, guided by a local expert who rows the traditional wooden boat as you enter a unique ecological sanctuary.
MANGROVE AND COASTAL LAGOON ECOSYSTEM EDUCATION
Explore the biodiversity of the mangrove forest, learning about endemic and migratory species, as well as the importance of crabs and other invertebrates that sustain ecological balance.
VISIT TO THE BIRD PARK, JUAN POLO LAGOON
Navigate from the mangrove tunnels to the Bird Park in the Juan Polo Lagoon, where you will observe herons, kingfishers, pelicans, and other marine species in their natural habitat.
